So I found out that the inventor of Ramen, Momofuku Ando died earlier this month so I’ll have to honor him with a nice hot bowl of Sapporo Ichiban when I am back home. Sapporo Ichiban is my all-time favorite ramen, and I refuse to eat Maruchan or most any other brand.

In the restaurants, it’s a different story, and I’ll eat their ramen, but I will always have a special spot for Original Flavor Sapporo Ichiban!
